"Actual Problems of Europe" (APE) is a periodical journal published by the Center for Scientific Information Research of Global and Regional Problems of INION RAS. It is included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation (scientific specialties: 5.5.4 - International Relations and 5.2.5 - World Economy). The journal publishes articles on socio-economic and domestic political development of European states, their foreign policy, including the use of military tools, as well as issues and prospects of the functioning of international structures involving European countries.

The journal "Actual Problems of Europe" has been published since 1994. APE is published 4 times a year. All issues of the journal are THEMATIC. The vast majority of publications in the journal are analytical articles. In addition, the publication has a section "Analytical Reviews".
