AGB Terms and Conditions for Subscription Services by Nasha Pressa Agency
Nasha Pressa Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency") accepts orders for subscriptions to periodicals published in Russia, CIS countries, and the Baltic states. By ordering publications in the Agency's online store, the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Client") agrees to the following terms and accepts them as a contract between them and the Agency.
1. Placing an Order.
The Client places an order in the online store independently. In special cases not provided for by standard procedures in the online store, the Client may place an order via email. When placing an order, the Client fills in their personal data. The Client is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of personal data. The Agency is not responsible for publications not delivered to the Client due to incorrect entry of the address or other personal data by the Client. An order is considered accepted and processed after the Client pays the cost of the order within the period specified in the invoice. The Agency may refuse to enter into a contract with a Client without providing a reason.
2. Subscription Cost (Publication Order).
The cost of ordering publications differs for various regions and depends on delivery costs. The online store categorizes countries into three groups based on cost. The cost of ordering a publication indicated in the online store is the full cost, including delivery and VAT. When subscribing, this amount is transferred without changes to the invoice for payment of the ordered publication. The Agency reserves the right to change the subscription cost if publishers change periodical prices or if postal and transportation tariffs change, as well as during sharp currency fluctuations.
3. Order Payment Deadline.
The invoice indicates the date by which the Client must pay the invoice. In case of untimely payment of the invoice, the start of delivery of the ordered publication may be postponed to the next month. An order not paid within 14 days will be canceled by the Agency.
4. Order Payment.
Payment for the order is made by bank transfer to the Agency's account based on the invoice received by the Client. The amount specified in the invoice does not include the Client's costs for transferring funds. All costs for transferring the amount to pay for the order are borne by the Client. The exact amount specified in the invoice must be credited to the Agency's settlement account. If a smaller amount than specified in the invoice is credited to the Agency's account by the Client, the Agency will proportionally reduce the subscription period (duration).
5. Delivery of Publications.
Publications are delivered to the address specified by the Client. If the address changes, the Client must promptly inform the Agency. The Agency is not responsible for publications sent to the Client's previous address if the Client did not inform the Agency of the address change in a timely manner. All matters concerning address changes are handled by the Agency (please do not contact the post office or publishers regarding these matters).
The Agency is not responsible for untimely delivery of publications if the publisher postpones the publication release dates to a later time.
In case of loss of a publication sent to the Client by mail, the Agency takes all measures to re-purchase the publication and send it to the Client. If re-purchase of the publication is not possible, the Client is offered a replacement for the lost publication.
6. Subscription Start and Duration.
The subscription takes effect after the Client pays the invoice. The invoice indicates the month the subscription starts. In case of untimely payment of the invoice, the Agency reserves the right to postpone the start of the subscription or cancel the order.
A subscription can be for any offered period from 3 to 12 months. For publications with minimum subscription term restrictions, a subscription is issued for a period of 6 months (in some cases, only 12 months).
In case a publication ceases to be issued, the remaining amount may be used by the Client to subscribe to another publication.
7. Subscription Cancellation.
Within the first 14 days from the date of placing an order in the online store, the Client may cancel the order by notifying the Agency in writing or by email. In exceptional cases, the Client may cancel an active subscription. In this case, the Agency accepts the cancellation of the order starting from the earliest possible issue. The remaining amount may be used by the Client to order another publication.
8. Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions are renewed only at the Client's request. To renew a subscription, a new order must be placed in the online store or requested by email. The Agency does not automatically renew subscriptions.
9. Complaints.
The Agency accepts complaints for untimely delivered and undelivered issues. Upon receiving a complaint, the Agency provides the Client with information about the dates when the publication was sent. In case of loss of a publication sent to the Client by mail, the Agency takes all measures to re-purchase the publication and send it to the Client. If re-purchase of the publication is not possible, the Client is offered a replacement for the lost publication.
The Agency does not accept complaints and is not responsible for changes made by publishers: changes in volume, format, design, and content of periodicals, as well as the release of double issues and other changes in publication frequency.
10. Force Majeure
The occurrence of extraordinary and unforeseen circumstances (fire, flood, hurricane, epidemic, strike, military actions, imposition of sanctions, prohibition of export and import of goods, and others) that prevent the delivery of publications to the Client, exempts the Agency from responsibility for the cessation of delivery of publications to the Client.
11. Newsletter
The newsletter is sent exclusively based on your consent in accordance with GDPR (DSGVO).
Your data is used solely for sending the newsletter.
You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

By ordering periodicals in the online store, the client (hereinafter referred to as "Client") accepts these General Terms and Conditions and considers them as a contract between them and the Agency.
Order Fulfillment
The Client places an order in the online store independently. In special cases not provided for by standard procedures in the online store, the Client may send their order by email. When placing an order, the Client enters their personal data. The Client is responsible for the truthfulness and timeliness of their information.
The Agency is not liable for periodicals not delivered if the Client has entered their address and other personal details incorrectly. The Agency may refuse to conclude a contract with a client without giving reasons.
Subscription Costs (Periodical Order)
The order costs for periodicals vary for different regions and depend on delivery costs. In the online store, countries are divided into three groups based on costs. The order cost for periodicals indicated in the online store is the full amount, which includes delivery costs and VAT. When subscribing, this amount is entered without changes into the invoice for payment of the ordered periodicals. In the event of price changes by publishers or changes in postal and transport tariffs, as well as significant currency fluctuations, the Agency reserves the right to change subscription costs.
Order Payment Deadline
The invoice specifies the date by which the Client must pay the order. In case of untimely payment of the invoice, the delivery of the ordered periodicals may be postponed to the next month. An order that has not been paid within 14 days will be canceled by the Agency.
Payment of the Order
The order is paid by bank transfer to the Agency's account according to the invoice. The amount specified in the invoice does not include the Client's transfer costs. All expenses related to transferring the costs for the order are borne by the Client. The exact amount specified in the invoice must be transferred to the Agency's settlement account. In the event of a smaller amount being transferred to the Agency's account
compared to the amount specified in the invoice, the Agency is entitled to shorten the duration of the subscription.
Delivery of Periodicals
Periodicals are delivered to the address provided by the Client. In the event of an address change,
the Client must notify the Agency immediately. The Agency is not liable for periodicals sent to the Client's old address if the Client has not informed the Agency about the change of address in time.
All questions regarding address changes are handled by the Agency (We kindly ask you not to contact the post office and the publisher for clarification in this case.)
The Agency is not liable for untimely delivery of periodicals if the publisher
has postponed publication dates to a later time.
In case of loss of periodicals sent by mail, the Agency takes all measures for
re-procurement of the periodicals and their dispatch to the Client. If re-procurement is not possible, the Client will be provided with a replacement for the lost periodicals.
Start and Duration of the Subscription
The subscription begins after the Client pays the invoice. The invoice specifies the month from which the subscription period starts.
In case of untimely payment of the invoice, the Agency is entitled to postpone the start of the subscription or cancel the order.
The subscription can be concluded for any period from 3 to 12 months.
For periodicals with time restrictions, the subscription cannot be concluded for less than six months (in individual cases only for 12 months).
If the periodical is no longer published, the remaining amount can be used by the Client for a subscription to another periodical.
Cancellation of the Subscription
Within the first 14 days from the date of the subscription in the online store,
the Client can cancel the order by notifying the Agency in writing or by email. In extraordinary cases, the Client can also cancel an already placed order. In this case, the Agency accepts the cancellation of the order from the next possible issue of the periodical. The remaining amount can be used by the Client to order another periodical.
Subscription Renewal
The subscription is only renewed at the Client's request. For renewal
of the subscription, a new order must be placed in the online store or sent by email. The Agency does not automatically renew the subscription.
Complaints
The Agency accepts complaints for untimely delivery and for undelivered periodicals. After receiving a complaint, the Agency sends the Client information about the publication dates of the periodicals and about the dates on which the periodicals were sent. In case of loss of sent periodicals by mail, the Agency takes
all measures for re-procurement of the periodicals and their dispatch to
the Client. If repeated procurement of the periodicals is not possible, the Agency offers the Client a replacement for the lost periodicals.
The Agency is not liable for changes made by publishers: changes in scope, format, presentation, and
content of periodicals, as well as the release of double issues and other changes
in the regularity of publication.
Force Majeure
In the event of extraordinary and unforeseeable circumstances (fire, floods, hurricanes, epidemics, strikes, acts of war, imposition of sanctions, embargo on goods export and import, and others) that prevent the delivery of periodicals, the Agency is released from responsibility for the non-delivery of periodicals to the Client.
