4. The "Most Popular" catalog has a section "Subscription Option". What is it?

The "nasha-pressa.de" agency offers a new type of service - "Option" subscription

When subscribing to the "Option," all issues of the publication released during the month will be sent to you in one envelope. The "Option" subscription is cheaper. As a rule, the agency provides a choice - weekly delivery or delivery once a month ("Option").

For example:

- when subscribing to "Ogonyok" magazine "Option," the subscriber receives 4 issues of the magazine in one envelope once a month. (Ogonyok magazine is published 4 times a month)

- when subscribing to "1000 Sovetov" newspaper "Option," you will receive 2 issues of the newspaper in one envelope once a month. (1000 Sovetov newspaper is published twice a month)



5. When will the first issue of the ordered publication arrive?

The period from the order date to the receipt of the first issue of the publication depends on the publication's frequency, publication schedule, and the date of order placement and payment. In our store, placing an order for a subscription for the next month is possible until the 15th of the current month. If the invoice is not paid by the client within 10 days, the start of the subscription may be postponed by one month later than indicated in the invoice. If the invoice is not paid within 15 days, the order is canceled.


6. How to pay for the order?

After placing an order, the client receives an invoice by email. Payment is made by transferring money to our bank account (bank transfer). Bank details for the transfer are indicated in the invoice. The payment term for the invoice is 10 days. If the invoice is not paid by the client within 10 days (or by the date indicated in the invoice), the start of the subscription may be postponed by one month later than indicated in the invoice. If the invoice is not paid within 15 days, the order is canceled.
When paying by bank transfer, the client pays the bank charges for the transfer and conversion of national currency to Euros (if your country is not in the Eurozone), so that the agency receives the full amount indicated in the invoice. The client's payment order must state: "all expenses at the payer's expense."
For subscribers residing outside European countries, the agency accepts payment via PayPal.


7. Can I change the ordered publication?

8. Can I subscribe as a gift for relatives or friends?

Our online store allows a client to place and pay for a subscription and indicate another person as the recipient of the ordered publication. When placing a gift order, you provide your personal data (including address) as the payer and the recipient's subscription details.


9. How to change the delivery address when moving?

To change the delivery address, please email us at:  abo@nasha-pressa.de 
and specify the new address, old address, and order number.


10. I cannot find the publication I am looking for in the online store. What should I do?
